90%+ of those hours were spent online with friends, though. If you want games played single-player, the longest I've got is Mass Effect 1 with 96h. As to what that says about me... I like playing co-op action games with my friends?

They give you more max health and make the the final boss stronger.
Scrolls are good for throwing at enemies for extra gold.
You can also put it ontop of the altar in the sky above the mountain for extra gold. They can also allude and hint at other secrets in the game but honestly that part os pretty impossible to figure out yourself even with the hints the scrolls give you

people playing videogames are lonely as it is; you should avoid playing single player games for your own mental health if you live alone.
for those with wives and kids though and too much social life (probably not you) i'm sure escaping into a single player game is great.

Kinda hard to say since a majority of the games that hit high playtimes are due to playing with buddies. But I think nioh 2 is the closest of the ones near the top where I just played it singleplayer for 90%+ of the time
