No I mean a picture of a scan of a venous phase of the lungs. Cancerous tissues "light up" in this phase because of their increased blood flow. If anything that nodule is darker than the rest of your lungs. It looks more like a pulmonary embolism

Also anything under 30mm is probably not malignant. Screening actually isn't that effective at detecting the extremely lethal, fast-growing cancers, you would almost always be dead before a checkup.
So if you do have a tumor, it's quite small, and probably not growing fast. Survival chances would be high, the main thing to worry about is treatment sucking
