He killed Sylvanas. He tried at least.
So much pain in his eyes
Arthas was wrong to pursue Mal'Ganis to Northrend. Arthas was wrong to burn the ships of his men. Arthas was wrong to take up Frostmourne.
Arthas was right to cull Stratholme. It was burn the city and all her citizens or let the plague of undeath spread to the rest of Lordaeron. He was absolutely, 100%, no debate in the right.
He was wrong to throw a fit at Uther and Jaina without explaining, though. That's absolutely an order that required explanation.
Slyvanas will live. She always does
The only thing Arthas did wrong was be relevant long enough for faggots to notice he was right.
It's funny how they try so hard to discredit Arthas, Garithos, and Daelin yet inadvertently create a script that vindicates them.
It didn't take anything after to vindicate Daelin. He was correct, based on his experience.
>tfw the guy who did that level unironically compared COVID to a fucking magical zombie plague, saying it was wrong to purge the place and they should have just ran away so Mal'ganis could take them all
>Arthas was right to cull Stratholme
Um, sorry sweaty, but the writers disagree
Option 1:
>let an entire city's souls be damned to eternal suffering, then having their bodies become stronger and deadlier to invade other lands filled with innocents
Option 2:
>kill everyone in the city as quickly and painlessly as possible, allowing their souls to move on to the afterlife
Please also note that Option 2 delays the plans of the evil invading demons
There is an objectively correct answer. according to the writers, it's Option 1, somehow
Man those 3d campaign screens were fucking amazing, I am still pissed WoW didn't use this artstyle and went for a mogged down hybrid type that looked too damn ugly.
probably didnt work from a gameplay 3rd person gameplay perspective desu. I'd imagine that exaggerated look would be hard to navigate around in in 3D.
Glad you could make it, Uther.
It's possible to be morally right and still make the wrong choice.
user they use the same fucking engine. Just play Warcraft 3 in first person to see the problem.
>reddit spacing
kys immediately pls
The alpha designs did kind of lean closer to the upscaled style established in WarCraft 3.
>Be Uther
>Run away instead of guiding when your beloved pupil it in desperate time of need
Imagine being a shitty mentor.
god, alpha forsaken were kino, what the fuck has happened?
that's even more of a reason to think that he was right to cull it
Why Blizzard hates Arthas?
