>Rockstar somehow broke the launcher for RDR2 and now it doesn't launch on any version of Proton
Fucking how

Played a bit of Portal today. Still a nice game, but I forgot how slow the walking speed is. I guess that's intentional, since you're supposed to use portals to go fast, but the blue-portal-only tutorial chambers really feel like garbage after playing Duke Nukem 3D.

Bind jump to scroll wheel and achieve ABH!

Probably intentional.
Using compatibility layers is one step away from making games truly portable, and as far as Rockstar is concerned, that's piracy.

I got some mods to make SA2 more bearable. Although I couldn't get the HD gui working for some reason.

Just beat GTA 3. Now playing though Vice City on pcsx2. re3 crashes randomly when cruising around the city for some reason.

Imagine being this obsessed lol

Why do Linux shills conveniently forget to mention that itch.io does not requires DRM-free builds?
It's an interesting omission because the same post said that itch.io was "GOG done right" when it doesn't even aim to the same end.

user, Sonic Adventure 2 was a AAA release in 2001. it's in no way an indie game

...

Currently CELEBRATING the release of Pac-Man Museum + on my Deck.

Stop right there, criminal scum!
You paid for the Windows version of that game, not the Linux version. Tricking the game into running on Linux deprives the publisher of the right to sell you a separate Linux version in the future, which is the same as if you stole a copy of the game. If you buy a game for Xbox, does that give you the right to shoplift the PlayStation version of it? No, of course it doesn't. Furthermore, you can argue semantics all day, but using hacker tools like Wine to run games on the wrong OS is basically the same as emulating, which is piracy.
Everyone who posts screenshots of Windows games running on Linux in this thread will be reported to the FBI and the legal department at Microsoft.

That hasn't happened outside of retail copies, and even there there are hybrid releases.

He's a cat person then!

What's the first game you're gonna play on it?
