I literally made something like this myself as a 13 year old using pillows and a sheet of chipboard with some cardboard i taped on top, do people really pay 190 dollars for something because it says "GAYMURRRRRRR" on it in the year 2022?

You could do the same setup with a wooden board and couple of bricks. Bricks are easy to find and wooden board, well, you could just take a tray or cut your kitchen desk.

Yes.

what is that in USD

You could also use a couple of large foam blocks if you didn't want it to weigh a ton.

"Good posture" is mostly bullshit anyway. Most any posture is bad for prolonged periods of time. The only really good posture is switching positions every once in a while. Hunch back, leaning back, leaning to the side, bending forward, etc. Switch position every 15 to 30 minutes, get up and stretch at least once an hour, and do cardio and strength training every day, and your back will be fine until you're really old.
