it's all women and troons in the union btw

Worker unions only make sense for jobs that cause severe physical strain or come with a high risk of dying
Cushy office jobs like game developments don't need unions
And if unions can't offer help then they can only cause damage

Employers have less capital to work with, consumers have to pay more, workers get a better salary and benefits.

It just means they will hire more 3rd world people.

Of course theyre good. Good games aren't made by corporate executives, they're made by happy developers.

Yeah, I'm sure that's going to work out well for them and not fail completely.

No you're taking food right out of the CEO's mouth :(

Unions are good for the workers, but they don't mean shit for the consumer.

Code monkeys are not "developers".

Anything bad for the jew is good for the world.

Doesn't matter, Blizzard went woke and are going broke

We just had this thread fuck off

Workers have no "rights". You're free to work as much as your employer is free to terminate you. Free country, troons.

Good, because it'll destroy the western industry faster

Good morning, sir.

Uniting to pressure employers to do something is fine. It's gets bad when it involves the government. Just look at third world countries: after a few decades of regulated unions, they end up infesting every industry, and every time you find a new job they take a part of your paycheck to pay the public salary of some politician's son who scratches his balls all day in an union office. Then you need to go through a lengthy bureaucratic process to opt out of this.

More likely to be bad since all the diversity hires and lay-abouts will never be able to be removed

A small price to pay for being able to keep the actual good workers around because they're happy having actual job security and benefits. Company can just keep diversity hires and layabouts in positions where they just need bodies to fill roles, being in a union doesn't guarantee promotions or getting to do whatever you want
