Why aren't you playing at 500 fps on the world's fastest 500 hz monitor? You do call yourself a gamer right? I mean come on, just LOOK at the difference!

Thanks NVIDIA for giving gamers the competitive edge in e-sports gaming!

60fps is good enough for me

>144hz means frame are 6-11ms includes response rate
>They needed a camera that could capture in thousands of milliseconds to reveal this "ghosting"
This is just ridiculous.

How many games even support 500hz?

I honestly can make do with 30.

Same, even if it dips below 25 it's still acceptable.

I can't anymore unless it's a slow game in the first place
Can't even stand looking at a tv shows

Acceptable but not sustainable

Any game that's made in the last 10 years that isn't a shitty console port or trannime

Any game that has no restrictions on the FPS.

do you have OLED?
OLEDs have such quick response times, that they need to need to simulate motion blur at low refresh rate content, otherwise they are literal slideshow

can you see 120 frames i doubt it.
>60 fps is the speed of a revolve bullet in real life
>120 fps is the speed of a shotgun in real life
>500 fps is the speed of a sniper bullet in real life
>you can't see them to avoid them so stop lying yourself and claiming "i can see them 500 fps make the difference" if you can't even see a bullet shot in real life.

Not sure what OLED you have but good ones engage LSC and just double frames to keep up high refresh rate.

>1080p
>TN

>1080p
>TN panel

For 60Hz, VA
For high refresh rates, TN
For pyramid scheme, IPS

I'm trying to imagine the games I could actually run at 500fps at decent settings and despite my 3070 and i9 it's probably just stuff like Counter Strike and TF2. I'll stick to 144hz and high settings thanks.

>TF2
TF2 needs a beast of a CPU to maintain high framerates

500fps actually blows up 3090 Nvidia GPUs from EVGA, Gigabyte.

imagine the coil whine

Most of them. That’s not the problem, it’s the vastly diminishing returns after 144hz and the insane hardware requirements to actually run games with such a high framerate.

Sorry shitvidia, but I got used to Halo: Reach so I don't need any of your meme solutions

gimmick like audiophile hardware

How do you even measure gunshots in fps

>1440p
>144hz
this is enough for me

I have braindamage so I see at 1 fps

Monitor manufacturers should focus on their quality control instead of this pointless bullshit. I'm sick of the dead pixel/backlight bleed/damage/generally shitty panel roulette with monitors

>pay us $2000 for this 4K 120Hz Asus monitor
>dont worry about the $5 fan we need to put in the monitor that sounds like a wind turbine after 6 months!

>using 3.5x the hardware power to make your vidya marginally less blurry

>165hz 1440p monitor
>Max Frame Rate capped to 162fps in NVCP
>Nvidia Low Latency Mode set to 'On'
>G-SYNC enabled
>Vsync enabled
yep, it's gaming time.

kek

At this point, just buy a CRT.

I prefer 24 since its synced with the refresh rate of human eyes.
This way the motion is not "sped up" or too slow.
