Mario Galaxy 2 is the only Wii game I can recall doing that. It's weird because the game still comes with a paper manual so it's just a waste really.

Wii was in the height of it's casual grandparents pandering stage, it's not too much of a shock honestly. That said, it's still kind of insulting to consumer intelligence to pack in a 'Press A to jump' video either way.
