There's also the Brute and Ninja OCs (similar to Reindog) that have full models, along with a fourth called Rex being mentioned, but hard to say if they're actually being added or not. Take these with far more of a grain of salt, but the Netherrealm leaker who correctly revealed the game and a lot of details around it back in October recently posted again with a new wave of characters. He claimed many in the first post are close to ready, but also added a new wave of additions he says are likely. These include:

The AAA polish here is phenomenal but I know all the F2P bullshit can and will bog this game down.
not making up any rules, scooby doo is one of the biggest warner brothers properties and even them aren't exceeding 3 characters on launch (scooby, shaggy, velma), with Game of Thrones likewise going for 3 reps (According to leaks) and rick and morty, adventure time and steven universe all going for two.
Your franchise having 2 reps in launch is already more than most franchises could ask for, don't get fucking greedy asking for extra characters.
