WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK IS CDPR DOING
IT'S JUST A STORE WEBSITE HOW DO YOU LOSE MONEY ON THAT

What does cdpr have to do with gog

Not adding good old games like it says on their name. Or any games at all.

They own gog you dope.

They own it, retard.

Im not autistic enough to know gay shit like this lmao at your lives.

Back to piracy i go

This explains the aggressive email shilling they've been attempting the last months. Literally every day the send me emails to tell me about the games they sell.

I only buy porn games from them so IDK why they think I want random AAA stuff

>They let Hitman 3 onto the store which had an always online requirement thus being DRM
>This happened in a very short timespan after Cyberpunk 2077 which shook confidence in people's trust in CDPR
>Not adding a bunch of, well, "good old games" that are hard to get a hold of nowadays

Sad, since they're the main ones doing online distributing right (more or less just giving you an executable, regardless of launcher or ecosystem).

Lot of those 3rd party key resellers only have steam keys. It’s hard to compete with old games being sold for next to nothing.

>Barely get any new games
>Lock multiplayer features behind Galaxy
>Offline installers are updated with a delay, making non-Galaxy users second class customers
>Allow garbage like Hitman with always-online DRM on the store, losing a lot of good faith
>Instead of working on the store, waste money virtue signaling with stupid shit like menstrual leave
I know it's not solely their fault that publishers are demanding DRM measures and shit, but I buy on GOG specifically under the assumption that I can keep the game forever with no online authentication after I download the installer. Preferring GOG when a game was available there used to be a no-brainer, but if the game has an online component that requires a launcher, then I'll pick Steam every time especially since it's much less likely to go under any time soon.

Go woke, forget you are not western company, go broke

Nobody buys stuff on gog, they just pirate it

I used to buy on gog sometimes but seeing how they're in financial trouble lately I've stopped and won't start. Its pretty obvious that gog will die soon. Don't want to waste money on a soon to be dead storefront

>AGHHHHHHHH STEAM IS A MONOPOLY WHY DONT WE HAVE SNY COMPETITTIOONN N REEEEEEEEEEE GABENNN BAD
>GOG is dying soon do not buy any games from them even though I support their ideology because THEYRE DYING

>WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK IS CDPR DOING
using gog as a piggy bank to desperately try to fix cyberpunk

GoG needs a more impressive catalogue. DRM-free games is great but the average Steam user likely doesn’t care about DRM.
GoG already got Konami to put the first three Metal Gear games and Silent Hill 4 on their store. If they listed Silent Hill 2 and 3 for sale exclusively on GoG I’d absolutely buy them.

Nothing I can do fucko. I've supported them in the past but now I'll only buy steam. its blatantly clear that gog won't be around in 5 years tops

GOG was always berely breaking even.
It was never a moneymaker for CDP

>DUDE GOG IS DYING!!!1
so what?
Their games are drm free. Meaning even if Gog dies I can still keep the games no problem.
This is a non-issue perpetuated by competitors. Don't be fooled.

lmao gogtrannies in suicide watch? gogtrannies in suicide watch methinks!

They can have the most impressive catalogue or even exclusives like Epic and it still wouldn't matter. Steam is a walled garden, much like Apple. It's hard to get out of it's conveniences, once you're there.

>shows ignorance
>tries to pass it off as not being autistic
Yeah, that's some serious cope right there.

The only thing Poles are good at is losing.

GOG died when they bent the knee to CCP spambots over Devotion after making a big deal how they would carry this censored game just hours earlier. Cowardly cunts, I vowed I'd never buy another game from them again and I've stuck with that.

>Stop selling to one of their biggest fanbases
>Lose money
wow
