Back in San Andreas, I would realistically drive an 18-wheeler and be very careful with the tank. I would drive all in the country to far off places and imagine I was an assassin. I specifically remember an area where it's long dirt roads that leads to a single, small house. I parked my tanker there right in front of the fucking house, climbed on the roof above the door and waited an actual 10 minutes before someone stepped outside and I assassinated him with a shotgun at point blank from above.
Honestly, I did that when I last played the game in 2019. Worked fucking wonders, I was swimming in ez gp and loot, had at least 4 different people who would drop what they were doing to help me if I asked for it.
