I played it with a friend some months ago including all the DLC. 2 is still better especially with stuff like community patch and modding behind it. 3 has better gunplay yet grinding guns feels worse as an endgame because stuff like anointments make the actual gun matter less. I also personally just wish pre-sequel had gotten more content since I like those character's skill trees.
