i think taiji will be good. heavily inspired by the witness, and the dev seems like a smart guy.
zachtronics will release something soon, surely?
then there's stuff that's probably distant future like miegakure, silksong, jon blow's untitled sokoban game.
most of the games i enjoy kinda come out of nowhere though. tunic for instance i didn't even intend to try until i heard more about it right before it released.

as for other upcoming vidya you might be interested in:
Gloomwood if you're into atmospheric immersive sim type stuff, just going off of RW and Outer Wilds with that suggestion
Shadows of Doubt might interest you as far as unique concepts go
Firmament (Riven, Myst, Obduction devs), SCHiM and Inkulinati too for more lighthearted vidya

It's more like an avenue for generalized game discussion using favorites as a way to start. That's why I like to mention what I've been playing as well, it's just another thing to potentially branch off. Having almost as much fun with the Multiversus Alpha as I did the DNF Duel Beta.
