Yeah. As stated, it's like Slay the Spire. But it has some interesting mechanics and design choices. The turn system with the time and delay for all bullets and enemies is pretty cool and kind of tactical. And it's kind of fun to have card sleeves / bullet cartridges basically double as the typical relics, only that bullet cartridges are also tied to the bullets in question which affects how you construct your decks/magazines.
I also like how every bullet has an unusually large amount of tags/traits that synergize with each other in various ways.

I've only got a really small portion of the card pool unlocked. But there seems to be a somewhat balanced mix of girls of all ages. Lolis, teens, and hags. I think.

The demo didn't have any 4th wall breaking that I noticed. Unless you count the 1d breaking into the 2d. The game has a cast of "irl" gamer girls being contacted by a couple of digimon-like AI characters, and ushered to go on quests to repair the videogames by beating the shit out of rogue bug-AI. Wreck it Ralph style. But the girls don't actually enter the videogame, they just play the games but with new buggy/modded rules together with their AI partners.
It's obviously a pretty silly story, but for what it's worth said story appears to be played straight.
