Is it weird that it kinda bothers me that they put so much effort into redesigning their UI?
I just always use a bat file to open my game with PCSX2 in full-screen so I practically never see the UI unless I need to tinker with something.
Feels like a waste of effort.

San Andreas PS2 is better than unmodded PC. Modded PC is a different question, but you have to know which mods to install.

almost every time PCSX2 is mentioned anywhere, someone whines about the UI and lack of per-game settings. It was always compared to Dolphin's superior UI. It was inevitable and somewhat needed (though personally I used Spectabis to get a better UI and per-game settings).
