lmao, it's way to long if your going for all endings.

Play on PC if you can so you can increase the movement speed, not that you are slow but for me at least it helped significantly during the multiple repeats before the final ending.

All of the new tracks are so bad compared to old ones. Shame

the original game has both a ps3 and a 360 version. the story makes a lot more sense with the father.

Nier (the character) was made with being a brother in mind which makes Papa Nier's character pretty awkward

You can rush through the wholegame within 4 hours.

no. both characters were made at the same time. one for the west one of the east. the point is that for the east they went with a "safe" mainstream option while they took more creative risks with the father. the dialogue works a lot better with the father. look at the video above.

Father Nier doesn't have as tragic a backstory, no harsh childhood and early loss of innocence. He is already proficient at fighting due to his age and size so would have made money easily enough for many years.

the PS3/360 version is insanely jank and unbalanced compared to the remake, the characters look less faithful to their concept artworks (regardless of versions), and there are a bunch of other little things the remake improved upon, like Weiss isn't even there as a party member in the original and only appeared as part of spell animations

absolutely nothing is better in the original except maybe a few specific tracks that sound cleaner in the original with their more minimalistic stlye (which is the only argument he always spams), still there are just as many tracks that are better in the remake
