What controller do you use for emulation
What controller do you use for emulation
my keyboard
I don't emulate.
Steam Deck.
ds4, I need muh gyro
The Xbox Series X controller, because I emulate games on my Xbox Series X
wired wireless 360 controller with wish reciever
I will NOT spend 100$ on a controller
i use my SC for most things, but a dualsense or deck controller (once it's more supported) is probably a more well-rounded controller for the job with stuff like gyro and touchpads.
lol imagine talking yourself into this hokey garbage
wired 360, it broke and I repaired it, there is no good modern controller.
Not him but it's pretty good. D-pad feels like the classic Nintendo ones. And it has two back buttons which are amazing for any game.
the kino
PS3 Controller for Metal Gear Solid because of Pressure Sensitive buttons.
PS4 Controller for everything else.
Same controller I use for everything.
DS4
>right bumper stopped registering all inputs unless you press further than the "click"
I guess I should get a replacement.
Either this, a DS4 or a SNES classic controller with an adapter. Depends on the game and my mood
I like the Pro 2 as well, the back buttons are really nice since I hate clicking L3 and R3, so I use them as a shortcut for that. The only problem I have with it is the input lag as it has like 20ms of input lag, which is over a frame of delay compared to the DS4 which has 2ms or less.
I still find myself using the 8bitdo Pro 2 for most everything but there are times when that delay can be annoying, especially in action games like God Hand, DMC, or NG.
>hall effect joysticks
>can wake the switch if needed
>called the KingKong2 like my dick
the chinks made the best controller
Paddles are why I was most interested in it when I first bought it, they're a great feature and I hope Valve ultrafucks Corsair in court now that the judge is actually fucking accepting Valve's evidence.
Is this real for PC connection? I doubt Sony would be so competent.
I just with it had back buttons/paddles. It would be literally perfect.
user are you the one who bought one because your day broke.
Have you tested the Dpad issue
Don't listen to the shilling. I have one and its shit. You can clearly see crappy ergonomics with the analogue stick and how far your thumb has to reach. Shoulder triggers are stiff. After a while there is some sticking on the face buttons.
Some old, third-party 360 thing.
I only emulate SNES and Mega Drive games though, so pretty much anything would do.
Pic related and Rift S controllers.
Is there a single well-built third party DS4 controller? I had two stock ones and they both died of stick drift inside of a year.
Just a DualShock 4. Played on a PS4 for years before I got a PC, so I still use it for a good few games, especially fighting games. Might as well just use the one I have on hand for emulation too.
if it had paddles (and just extra function buttons) that worked with steam,it might finally be the SC replacement i need (my SC works fine, but i don't want to be SOL if it broke).
Yeah you can overclock the ds4 as well reduce it even further.
I liked some hori ones.
>Drift
You can either clean the sticks or replace the part
I just want one that works with emulators
Or emulators that work with it
Snes and gens are random if it works
been using my switch pro controller because my computer has bluetooth built in now. was using an ancient wired xbox 360 controller before that
Different user but the only time I’ve tried cleaning a drifting DS4 I tore the ribbon cable connecting the backlight when I took the two pieces apart and bricked the whole controller
I attempted to fix one of them while following a tutorial but the teardown process was really lengthy and delicate, and it resulted in damaging the vibration feature and making the drift even worse. Hori controllers look decent but they don't seem to have any that have the same form as the original DS4, which is the main selling point for me as it's nice and light.
Depends on the game
>snes, Gameboy, nes, ds
One of those snes classic controllers with a wii2usb adapter
>3ds
8bitdo pro 1
>playstation 1
The ps1 classic controller unless the game needs analog then
>ps2, ps3
Dualshock 4
My main PC gaming controller is the 8bitdo pro. No input lag when plugged in, and I use it as my Switch controller too.
