what the FUCK were they thinking with all of 1.4?
Removes throwing class because it wasn't fleshed out enough

Terraria is a great game, it is so satisfying to build cozy houses.
People like you complain about everything. I'm gonna smoke a joint and play terraria and play golf
>removes throwing class because it wasn't fleshed out enough
Wasn't different enough from ranged to warrant a separate class.
>adds a bunch of one-bit crossovers and random shit like kites and golfing
Sounds comfy. What's the problem?
For me, the ai always just directed right towards the character was a big turn off. There was no aggro system, just constantly respawning enemies that would see you through walls.
Starbound did mobs better but thats about the only thing it does better
Who said you could talk to me? I don't care about you or your dumb opinions.
shut up namefag

Your opinion means shit. Go die in a fucking fire you pathetic little attention seeker.
I can't wait for there to be a mod that makes Golf an actual subclass, like the fishing one.
That's the problem, they weren't thinking. The only people that defend 1.4 are zoomers that forgot they are on Any Forums and cannot stand their favorite game being criticized or insulted in any way.
terraria 2 when? also does anyone have experience with the console versions? i have played through all the content multiple times on my pc and nowadays i prefer to game in comfy couch or bed, so hows this game on controller?
>Starbound did mobs better but thats about the only thing it does better
In what universe?
Throwing sucked, seriously, try to defend it. Neat idea but it should of just become the damage of what 'spec' you were using.
>removes throwing class because it wasn't fleshed out enough
>adds a bunch of one-bit crossovers and random shit like kites and golfing
How are these two related in any way
>terraria 2 when?
asking the real questions. it will be a good day when this is announced.
They spent more time and effort making golf mechanics than they spent making Master Mode
1.4 was supposed to be smaller "1.3.6" but they kept adding stuff. It's basically a small update like 1.3.2 or 1.3.3 but about 5x the size, which is why it feels like they didn't really flesh out any single feature.
The next update will be the same based on the spoilers theyre posting
Maybe they could have made throwing a Ranged subclass, like bows, guns, and rockets. Another Shroomite helmet would be a bit dull, but it would be the simplest way to do it. It would also need some weapons to go along with it. That would make rangers even more weirdly bloated compared to the other classes, though.
Just play ranged and use throwing weapons?
I thought they were done updating the game?
I'm guessing OP is trying to say that they're undoing the Thrower class for being not fleshed out enough, while putting in a bunch of stuff he doesn't considered fleshed out.
I would say that crossover content and obvious mini side attractions is different from a class though, the former 2 are expected to be more self-contained and not as fleshed out compared to something that's categorized along actually fleshed out classes.
Throwing was even less of a "class" than summoner was. It's literally just ranged but feels the need to call itself something else for no good reason. I'm glad it got shafted, it upset a bunch of worthless faggots. They can stay mad.
the running joke is that theyll never be done
