It didn't censor panties. It censored touch interactions in the American release, which didn't affect existing characters in other regions, and then future characters were made without it to accommodate Americans.

She does crazy dps and is pretty meta, but Dendro is coming and that will shake things up.
Honestly, her gameplay is kinda clunky because she relies so heavily on her dash and charged attack that you run out of stamina very quickly. Her ult is also a pain in the ass, because half the time it shoots in the wrong way or the enemy just walks past it, so the bulk of her damage just disappears and she doesn't have the ER to recharge it reliably
