So, what the point of vigor if you get 1-2 shot in endgame?

I went through the game a few times at base level now, and you will get one-shot by almost every move by Lyndell. If you level vigor, it's not uncommon to withstand 3-4 weaker hits.

Vigor in ER is just like Adaptability in Ds2.

You don't? I tanked like 5 hits from Godfrey and still had health to spare, wasn't even overleveled nor did I have super high vigor.

It's for noobs and filtered zoomers. Once you know what to do, vigor is useless.

fixed it

You need Vigor AND Passive Defense from leveling up

Telling people to level vigor is unironically toxic since y'all are projecting by telling them they're not good enough.

2 hits is 100% more than 1 hit

10 vigor here ama

Levelling vigor, using magic, playing anything other than wretch and using summons or ashes is basically ezmode cheating.

touch grace, maidenless

0 hits in infinity% less than 1 hit

What's the point of any weapon/spell when you have stuff that scales with enemy HP percentage?

When I was younger and I was suspected to have ADHD they made me take IQ tests twice and I scored 135 and 136 on them but I still think I'm a retard. What the fuck went wrong? I blame Nintendo. If I had been a PC chad this wouldn't have happened.

Dodges not as reliable in ER, excessive tracking on attacks, or cheap hits.

A theoretically 'perfect run' is possible, but it's just misinfo, and most players (99% and not the mentally ill) will have a miserable time if they don't level their vigor.

I don't know why this is even a debate, you'd never see any 'controversy' this absurd and retarded outside of From games.

60 vig is the standard for fun. If you’re still getting 2 shotted, then you’re too low level.

Literally me lmao

Just get a PC then?

first dark souls game? nice revelation newfag.

This. I think if you get 2-shotted it’s because the encounter is intended for a higher level character.
