I've wanted this for a decade, we got P1 and P2.1 on PSP, we were so fucking close.
I am also willing to accept this, ported to PSN. Forget getting fans to do it, they take ages. The ones trying to translate Chaos Head Noah took so fucking long the impossible happened and it got an official localization.

P2 needs it way more than P1. P1 is an enjoyable game as it is, P2 was miserable, especially IS, and it has a more interesting premise on top of it. Actually capitalising on that interesting premise and making the game not a horrible slog would be better. P2 leaves way more room for improvement.

they should remake 1 first. It's super easy to force the story of p1 into the same structure that p3-p5 had (social links, calendar, etc.) without losing it's charm, meanwhile p2 story is good enough as it is that I don't know how they could translate it into the modern persona structure without ruining it.
