what went so right bros?
What went so right bros?
rubbing my dick on shanoa's back tattoo!
everything. the entire ds series of castlevania games are kino. i like portrait of ruin the most
They fixed the art style, gave us a great female protag, and upped the difficulty. Glyphs brought an interesting risk vs reward aspect to combat, but variety was underwhelming coming off what the Sorrow games offered with souls.
Not the best Castlemania, but still solid.
back
thigh
bloodstained is better
this is probably the second hardest castlevania game ever made
What's the hardest
Great everything basically
Got 75+ hours on this game I loved it.
american version of 3
specialy the starcase before dracula if you DO NOT pick alucard.
that was the most infuriating fun i ever had in the series
Nothing. Coomers pretend this shit was good but it killed castlevania. Shanoatrannies also deny being cucks obsessed with Albus’s and the old guys sloppy seconds
2 for all the wrong reasons, probably
my fav entry and yes that includes SotN
>it was rather challenging. after all these years I can actually remember bosses and some areas I had to fall back and min-max
>castle was mid-to-good sized on top of all those sub, kino areas. lot of variety.
>cool backtracking
>cool side quests
>kino village
>cute girl
>already kino features such as overall theme of the series, score and pixel art did not fail
it was a game that understood developments of the time and managed to integrate them well into its already good formula
>explore a multitude of areas
>pretty much enough content for a full game already
>SURPRISE, Dracula's Castle!
>it's big and full of bosses
Good stuff.
meds
Right in some ways, wrong in others. Pretty much all of the areas besides the castle were essentially a straight line filled with repeated enemies/hallways, which were always the worst rooms in Metroidvanias.
Wtf go play curse of the moon right now you ignorant potato cracker motherfucker. How have you played every single one except those two? They're fucking amazing
Also you may as well give kid dracula a spin too, it plays more like MegaMan so it's unique in the series. Also sotn is one of the most highly regarded games ever so it being blank makes me think this is a troll list
You can ignore the awful arcade game, I drove out to a round one arcade in north Carolina to play one of the only ones ever and the machine did not work. It was running but doesn't register inputs properly and sadly crashed about thirty minutes in. Sad.
>calling people coomers while exposing your headcanon coomer fantasies
Whens this coming to switch? Did the gba ones now I'd like the DS kino
i have the first curse of the moon on my 3ds i just didnt finished it yet, its pretty fucking good
how would you even adapt the dual screen and touchscreen stuff? you're better off hoping for full-fledged remakes
>Also sotn is one of the most highly regarded games ever
im leaving the "best one" for last
HOW DARE YOU
the same way they emulate other DS games on the switch, sideways with touch screen
i still don't get why the giant enemy crab went SHOOOOO
Raven-hair, blue eyed women are literal peak
Order of Ecclesia is the first one that I felt lived up to the presentation of SotN. The GBA games had horrible audio and the visuals were lackluster too. Dawn had horrible character art. I didn't play Portrait.
Order looked great, sounded great, and had a straightforward and enjoyable story. And the gameplay finally offered a decent challenge.
EVEN FORGETTING
>I didn't play Portrait.
do it right now
It's carried the most by it's presentation.
Gameplay isn't anything special. If mechanics were fleshed out more and Shanoa's magnet shit was an innate ability and more utilized then it could've been amazing. Level design is horribly boring, side quests are monotonous, bosses are above average for the handheld titles but still nothing spectacular.
Visuals and music are stellar, the game is nakedly pure art
The gameplay is serviceable with a touch of cryptic bullshit, still amazing and a wonderful continuation of rondo
It's good. I'm sad that Castlevania is dead but I'm glad ooe was one of my favorites and so great
