I don't really know of any that have eldritch horror LIs either, and the only (good) ones I know in the "high stress abuse" category are Kanato and Azusa in Diabolik Lovers, but even those two are not even close to the same level as pic related.

Though I also dream of more shit like Variable Barricade where it's generally good all around. Good MC, good and unique art, good characters, lighthearted but still well written. Bonus points for including LIs such as blood related twin/sibling, a madlad that isn't a woe is me sort (e.g. Takuji Mamiya), and one with white hair. Design preference for ones without long faces.
