And thats without bullshitting up some mechanics to add flavor. Such as if you're rads are above a certain point then you become a radiation source that hurts both friendly and hostile non-ghouls until you use Rad-Away; Or having radiation temporarily raise your INT but also slowly drop below your baseline and if you reach 1 or 0 INT you lose control of the character and become a hostile ghoul until the character wanders back into a radiation source.
Actually fuck that latter mechanic, it'd be a bitch to balance and probably suck in implememtation.
