Got this one too, along with the Asuran Armguards. Kind of was bullshit that we didn't get the "normal edition 1.0" goggles if we got the CE Onion Helm.
I really wish I played 1.0 long enough to get the Legacy chocobo/gobbue mounts, I was just too busy playing WoW with others at the time to dedicate to 2 MMOs.

I think the only limited 1.0 item I don't have is the Hermes' Shoes from the XI/XIV Combo Sub, because I lost my XI Account and didn't feel like making a new one just for the shoes

Still use my Asuran Armguards for each new Job I take for the first few levels! I played a bit in 1.0, a little in ARR, and then quit until just before Endwalker (2 months before the big influx of new players with the WoW exodus last year, Unstallafell etc) I came back and have been playing. Shit Hermes Shoes you're right! The very same thing happened to me, I don't know why my XI and XIV accounts weren't sync'd but they were on different email accounts by the time I started with XIV I guess.
