Serious idiot question: where do devs get actors from?
I know small indie studios must use from amateurs to your-cousing-who-knows-how-to-talk-funny, but where do decent, AA at least studios get them? I know there are specific schools, courses to become a dub actor, but I don't know if devs hire decent ones besides le meme famous face for hype.

I never managed to find it to play on PS1, and the PC version I once found was super-fast for some reason.

It's on GOG and i believe the PS store.
The PC version is generally better these days since the load times are much shorter but the PS1 version is far from unplayable.
