i run a retail business since 2011 and all the women ive hired have stolen money, even part timers that are 16-18 years old have better work ethics.
I own a bakery and every fucking woman I've ever hired has had some issue. They are always sick or they get fucking pregnant or some shit. They really milked the shit out of Covid too and they were all "close contacts" every two weeks. I'm not hiring any women ever again.
Can't you have women run through a screener and have a trained AI pick them by which women are least likely to cause shit?
Can't you just have a team of talented men and aspie girls who'll not fuck over the team?
Only other option I see is forcing the women to work form home as "media specialists" and just eat the cost to meet the diversity quota.
in 3 years I've taken 2 sick days. In both cases I was literally incapable of working or was so obviously sick they forced me to go home. Female colleagues are out for weeks or months all the goddamn time.

I've always been very curious about bakery as a profession. On paper doesn't it sound like the worst kind of business? You have to wake up early as hell to start your preparation to grab sales from morning commuters. But you probably have unsold food at the end of the day and it gets wasted? Do you even sell that much where you can consider it a good business? Besides, do you have a good location? I have seen tiny ass stores on a third of fourth level of a ghost town of a mall and I have no idea how they run the business, it must be money laundering.
