I deleted the game a longtime ago, but I recall a storyline about the mob being a thing, and the mc's dad being missing due to them. You have to do some investigative missions to figure it out, though I played, the latest of that storyline was some criminals coming to your house in suits to threaten your mom vaguely, and you seeing some shady guys near a warehouse do... something. There was no guns, nor any violence ever depicted in the game, though. But, no, definitely no chance you can go ham on people in this game, if this pic is real, then it's you threatening the mob guys, but no chance of you ever actually pulling the trigger, I'm sure of it.
