I just finished marathoning all of Star Wars, too, in preparation for a podcast episode with a buddy (just amateur shit). I even watched the Disney ones after giving up on them after being disgusted with VIII in theaters. The Disney trilogy is hot garbage and a disgrace, but you should give The Mandalorian a go. It's got a few flaws, but IMO they're forgivable and it does a good job being respectful and entertaining.
Also, Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2 is the best Star Wars game
