This is kinda true, with the caveat that the reason you can't have sex isn't for lack of trying. In other words, you're not an incel if you want to have sex but haven't put in the work to try and have sex. If you're not actively pursuing a relationship, sexual or otherwise, then you're not an incel.

Honestly, from what I saw, most people who were self-acclaimaed incels years ago didn't manage to get sex mostly because they didn't properly try because they already assumed they would fail and similar reasons.

Incels are often the harshest critics of the highly promiscuous modern dating scene and that makes them natural enemies of the Chads who are benefiting from the current dating environment as well as the feminists who believe that this is apart of being "liberated".
