All I can think of when I look at movie Sonic is that it's a soulless version of modern Sonic with a way worse voice actor.
At least the original movie Sonic was it's own thing. Yeah it was ugly but I think every film nowadays looks ugly, to me ugly Sonic looks just like that awful live-action Alita thing, but people say she was cute so I don't know why everyone jumped on ugly Sonic.
