Why do people insist that the driving in this game feels realistic? Is it just people who can't actually drive a car and assume every irl car handles like a brick?

>Is it just people who can't actually drive a car and assume every irl car handles like a brick?
yes.

The cars aren't too hard. The bikes on the other hand are dogshit and are literally impossible to drive properly.

It's not realistic, anyone who says otherwise is a retard. It IS, however, fun.
It requires some skill unlike the rc cars of GTAV.

>It requires some skill
in other words
>you have to get used to it because it's shit

>Anything that requires learning or acclimation bad
Actual retard commit suicide.

Reminder
>Game map is one small city and 2 towns, the rest is mountains.
>Physics considerably worse than the game that came before it.
>No interiors besides safehouse and Ammunation
>Shitty missions such as Crane operator, yoga, apple offices, any mission involving Michael's kids
>Terminator cops with ridiculous accuracy so police battles are usually short
>Removed crouch feature
>Restrictive linear missions that fail if you try to be creative
>Unlikeable characters
>Forgettable villains
>So many guns that they all feel the same
>GTA Online

Brakes actually lock up unlike 95 percent of other games with cars including most racers

Theyre good in tlad

>play GTA 5
>you can literally control cars in mid air
I mean it's not like 4 was that realistic, it;s just 5 is ultra unrealistic.

we're talking about a driving game here, where the driving sucks

don't care about realism, I care about fun. GTA4's driving actively impeded fun. everything else about the game was decent but the handling was egregious.

but it's fun tho and doesn't break immersion as dealing with what feels like heavy input lag

>GTA4's driving actively impeded fun
For you

it's not realistic but it's fun to master.

And for everyone else that complained on release. More people are playing SA and V than IV for a reason.

>the so-ypranos
Nah, fuck off

I've pulled off stunts and steered out of collisions based soley on my knowledge of GTA4 car physics so I'd say it's pretty close.

No, they are shit and you are forced to use them

"muh driving", "MUH PHYSICS" are cope by GTA IV zoomers who cant deal with the game being a boring slog and much worse than VC and SA.

GTAV?
Yeah it's kinda bad...

It's not literally realistic but trying to control a car at high speeds also isn't supposed to be a cakewalk like it is in every other GTA

Nice argument lmao

Idk, but the multiplayer was fun. Use to love playing Cops n Robbers, shit was a blast.

>no retort
9gag is that way. Watch Mad Men and cleanse yourself of your shit taste.

>t. pc player
If you play over 50 fps on pc the physics are messed up. Cap it to 50 and the bikes handle fine.

>Still unable to address the points in my post so you start babbling nonsense.
