Hate the N64 but love the Daiei Hawks color scheme (unlike most people seemingly), and it was one of the few editions that actually came with a color coordinated controller, Nintendo just threw the same grey controller into most boxes.

Wasn't a huge fan, but it was nice as my controller at the time had a drift. They were going for the Crystal version, but in yellow to match the Chiralium.

Not a huge Gears fan and it's a little cringe but well made. I think the ice on top of the skull is actually transparent plastic and the cracks aren't just painted on but actually part of the case design. Pretty sweet.

Well, there are almost 4000 Ebay results for "Playstation 2" and just over 100 for "Playstation 2 silver", so whether the term limited edition applies to items that weren't limited and simply sold in low numbers is up to debate, but under 3% of stock still qualifies as pretty rare in my book.
