It's been fixed up a lot. Really only experienced lag while on the dragons

I'm currently playing Oceans/ToD. Despite the questionable "farming" I like the game. Nice cast of characters, my favorite is Pandora.

They havent patched anything you shill. The game still drops to 10 FPS everywhere except inside some smaller buildings. And there is still a 10% chance of the game crashing anytime you enter a loading screen

Nice I was playing frontier, and the game is super comfy, and organic in a world and character building game. The only thing that kills me is how slow farming is.

They only released a single patch for the game (until today ironically), so it's impossible for it to be running better. Why are you just outright lying about a game that everyone's experienced?

It's not that bad. It took me 130 hours total to 100% RF4's achievements. Upgrading all the barns to max is way fucking worse because you need to spend literal hours putting away stone and lumber as you need like 40k of each or some shit.

Some people report spending 20-40 hours trying to get the final mushroom that only spawns in one place one day a year that's random per save file or some shit, but I lucked out getting mine.

I've never heard of that mushroom until now. It only spawns on one random day per year? If it has a fixed location it can't be that bad, just sleep the year away while checking each day.

It's called the Monarch Mushroom. iirc, it spawns in a random secret spot in place of a normal mushroom, but there's like 20-30 of those spots meaning you need to check each one every day. Not just that, but you also need to waste a lot of time reloading the area like 5 times just to make sure the secret spot itself actually goddamn spawns.

Did they patch it? I played it a few weeks ago and the framerate was really terrible. The first festival with the full screen confetti effects made it look like my GPU was burning itself.

I never played that far, I stopped after trying to play with all the graphical bugs seen during release date - 2 weeks of release date it's been about 2 months. Shows that no native patch to make the game smoother exist and no one has answered if emulations have updated to the point where it plays with less bugs.

Emulators at least have a 60fps patch, so it's something.

I bought the game but the performance is putting me off. I'll probably wait until it comes to PC to really get into it.
