I know for some of the games the WiiU virtual console version made the network menu give you all of the unique prizes for free since there wasn't actually multiplayer, particularly in 3 since it's required to 100% the game.

it was just running in an emulator on wiiu, this is just a rip of their edited rom so you can emulate it on gba directly instead of emulating a gba on a wiiu

two things of note:
