You don't even need to play it more than once, the game has absolutely no choices. "Do mission" or "don't do mission to get a red palette swap of a car you already own" isn't a choice. Beating Fingers or talking to Woodsman about Jotaro are actual choices with some consequence. Shit like "Meredith/Gilchrist" "NetWatch/Voodoo Boys" "spare/kill Sasquatch/Oda" or the rest of the entire game mean jackshit because absolutely nothing happens. It's as much of an RPG as Far Cry 3 was just because it had a skill tree; that is to say, not at all. And Pacifica has copy pasted walls blocking off half the district because it's literally unfinished.
