Probably, Atlus just announces their games really early. People doomposted about SMTV never coming out because of the lack of news for a while as well, but here we are. If any upcoming Atlus game has me worried about it not releasing it's the new EO, but I'm sure even that will come eventually.

The studio formed to make this, Studio Zero, was put on development of Catherine Full Body which almost definetly halted development on this. Its probably well into development again if its not flat out cancelled but if it was I'd have no clue what else Studio Zero would be working on
