it's not exactly a luck stat but PoE has a "lucky" status effect that rolls all internal dice rolls twice and gives you the higher result, it can be OP as fuck with the right builds.

Having a fps with a luck stat would be cool, but only if it was a naturally changing stat and influenced stuff like malfunctions.
