It's only good for voice chat but voice chat is usually responsible for a lot of drama. Voice-chat heavy communities keep talking trash about each other and there is a bias based on a person's voice.
SCP:SL is a very voice-chat-centered game (it's how all the in-game communication happens) and it had some of the biggest amounts of drama I've seen in a Any Forums community.
