way back in the early days I used to be addicted to these kinds of fun little puzzle games, talking like iphone 1 days. I tried again recently and every game is unplayable and designed to just be ad money.

First, have the guy jump into that little gap in the tube (this is not considered a move)
Then, pull out the right pin. Lava flows out into the center, and the heat from both sources of lava melts the middle pin. Then I take out the left pin which cools the lava, guy crawls through the tube to get all the treasure. Ez

Jump up to ledge. Pull rod out. Now he can go down the tunnel to the treasure. Easy peazy lemon squeezy Japanesey.

Top left and right one, water neutralizes magma and then you just turn the whole thing upside down so dude and treasure fall out.

there's an ad I keep getting that's just some guy saying he "found the actual game from the ads", and when you download the game it's still not just the puzzles and makes you do some gay rpg shit. i don't get the meme, they're doing it on purpose, but why? as soon as it's not a puzzle game I uninstall it.

I like puzzle games, why do they advertise puzzle games when they don't have a puzzle game? what's their endgame?

Im the ad they intentionally fail the puzzle in a stupid and frustrating way.
This makes people viewing the ad think “I could have solved that”
So they download the game.
Problem is designing puzzles is hard so they made a few puzzles and then made some stupid shit as filter.
Some people are going to see this and uninstall, but they did still install it which boosts there stats in the App Store which means the App Store will shill them for free.
Other people see that and are impressed that there is even more stuff going on in the game and so they will keep it installed and give them ad money.
