I have favorites, but they tend to be malleable. Xenogears and VtM:B are my favorite JRPG and WRPG respectively and they don't tend to change. Ghostbusters 1 is my favorite movie and that hasn't changed.
Food, music, other stuff? Changes all the time. I think a few years back Shostakovitch was my favorite composer but now I would say it's Tchaikovsky. I'm sure 5 years from now it'll be someone else like Prokofiev.
Food changes by the day. I honestly don't know if I like pasta more or a good burger.
