Only the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is part of the Arkhamverse.
Gotham Knights is an entirely different one, not related to any prior Arkham game.
About the SS game, the only contradiction I've seen so far is Deadshot. He was Latino-like on the Arkham games, and now he's black. So far they hinted us the old one was an impostor, but desu its a lame excuse. Oh well.

Iirc in Arkhamverse King Shark and Captain Boomerang were killed before Knight events so there's literally no reason at all to make SS game a part of Arkham franchise
