>Destroys her own race >Condemns millions to suffer and die >Refuses to inform the convocation of the true problem >Decides that she alone will determine the future of the star >Allowed Emet Selch and his cohorts to torment and kill billions of people without even attempting to communicate with him >Showed no remorse or shame for her actions
Venat couldn't do anything. All she knew was what the WoL told her. To deviate from that path at all risks altering the timeline. The WoL MUST travel back in time to close the time loop. Anything that might alter that path must be avoided.
You forgot about the other millions of races that were killed.
Brody Davis
>And she was a good friend. You forgot one thing OP
>And, she won. Seethe and cope
Blake Hill
She could if she wanted to, she just didn't because she agreed with Hermes test. She also thought mankind needed to prove themselves worthy.
Benjamin Smith
>>Destroys her own race I missed the part where she made Meteion, sacrficed half their race TWICE as a bandaid and wanted to sacrifice half the world AGAIN to "get them back" without any confirmation as to whether that would even work or not. Her race destroyed ITSELF. >>Condemns millions to suffer and die This is life. Every being suffers and dies, even the ancients. Meteion made sure of that. >>Refuses to inform the convocation of the true problem And be responsible for a time paradox? >>Decides that she alone will determine the future of the star Her and her twelve trusted companions. >>Allowed Emet Selch and his cohorts to torment and kill billions of people without even attempting to communicate with him They clearly communicated with her and decided she was "false" and didn't want to listen. >>Showed no remorse or shame for her actions Right, except for the end where she cries to you and sacrifices herself and sacrificed constantly for thousands of years to set things up so you could win.
Zachary Garcia
>Her and her twelve trusted companions. the gods?
Tyler Cruz
Yeah that's cool and all but the previous expansion already established that traveling to the past doesn't change the future, it merely creates a new timeline.
>the gods? The people who helped her become Hydaelyn. She didn't spontaneously do that herself. Mayube they are the Twelve we know, we'll find out near the end of the year, probably.
Jacob Davis
>previous expansion G'raha and company had to use the combined power of the Crystal Tower, Omega, and Alexander's fuckery, to create an alternate timeline, and it basically doomed their version of Etheirys in the process.
Jaxson Kelly
>The ancients wanting to go back to the way things were because they think the current state of the world sucks is BAD >G'raha & co in the 8UC possibly deleting an entire timeline because they think current state of the world sucks is GOOD
so which is it?
Easton Turner
>Friend has wings and can fly >He abuses drugs and alcohol >Cut his wings off with a knife so he learns some humility >"HE DID IT TO HIMSELF"
Jackson Martin
>Yeah that's cool and all but the previous expansion already established that traveling to the past doesn't change the future, it merely creates a new timeline. Did you even do the Alexander raid? It doesn't work like Graha's when you create a Grandfather paradox.
The first thing Hydaelyn says to you in EW is that her time and yours will begin to converge.
Lincoln Walker
>"dumb trad bootlicker thinks the Ancients were glorious ubermensch and not depressed retards with no appreciation for their lives and power" episode >it's a rerun
>G'raha and company had to use the combined power of the Crystal Tower, Omega, and Alexander's fuckery, to create an alternate timeline We used the same techonology when we travelled to the past in Endwalker. They just decided to change the rules to cover up their dogshit writing.
Jayden Robinson
Cope, seethe and walk.
Jordan Young
Do you think we'll get to visit the universe/timeline where Mommy still exists?
>With nearly a decade of running the Final Fantasy XIV ship and four expansions under his belt, Yoshida thinks the MMORPG still has plenty of places to explore, teasing the numerous possibilities: “We know that we are in planet Etheirys, and we’ve only really explored about a third of that. And then, of course, with the Source’s reflections, we’ve only visited the First out of the 13 different mirrored worlds. Even if we have time travel, we’ve never gone to the future yet. Who knows? This may have actually been a multiverse.”
You're conflating drug and alcohol abuse with actual worldwide genocide of every race and life on it other than your own. You're mentally ill if you actually believe these are the same.
Tyler King
Why didn't the people in the alternate timeline g'raha was from just WALK instead of clinging to the past? Venat clearly didn't sunder them enough
Connor Morales
I can't believe they dedicated an entire zone to a one off flashback episode, even fake Amaurot was only a corner of the depths and is an actual place that exists where people can go. EW really is like they got to the point of pushing cinematic storytelling that it's tipped over to trying to cram a CGI anime into the form of a video game.
Chase Sanders
I don't understand how we went from the time travel stuff in Alexander, which was fairly decent, to the garbage they introduced in ShB and EW
Charles Watson
Ok so explain to me why the timetravel has different rules in EW and ShB when it's the exact same technology?
>The first thing Hydaelyn says to you in EW is that her time and yours will begin to converge. Literally what in the fuck is that even supposed to mean?
