that transparent plastic look is pretty cool, reminds me of all my shitty madcatz controllers.

pc users have had more nintendo games than nintendo consoles for decades

Yes but now in a portable like the switch and for a price similar to the switch ($400)

>Pokemon Gold Version in widescreen
Is this just a JPG?

GBC emulation has had widescreen hacks for a while now

Ok?

Okie dokie sister

Fuck off, shill. I will never buy a Steam Deck.

Link us then. From my understanding the image about is just a JPG. There is no widescreen hack for GS

>paying $400 to emulate 25 year old games
ISHYGDDT

yea, instead pay 350 for a a switch so you can pay nintendo 50+yearly to play a smaller library of 25 year old games

Cool, still not buying one though

>owning nintendo anything

you've had more cum in you than any girl has had before it just doesn't really mean anything

>Botw 15 fps
youtube.com/watch?v=FE_YPUTidFQ&t=149s
>Smash bros, mario party only offline
>No mario maker 2 functionallity
Good for you, enjoy getting the worse experience

It's literally the first thing on Google when you search "Pokemon gold widescreen" lazy faggot

I don't understand why Nintendo simply doesn't just port more games to the Switch. And no, I'm not talking about the literally buying roms virtual console.

>Steamdeck
>Portable
Lets not go full cisesh, user

>not having a pc switch/deck combo

But I'm getting the deck to emulate GameCube and PS2 games.

Is 1.47lbs too heavy for you?

>botw 15 fps
it plays above 40 fps on cemu

What Steam dicks don't get is that buying a switch is like joining a club.
A club with BIG perks.
You get access to the biggest games, all from Nintendo.
You get access (for a small additional monthly fee) to a incredibly well curated cataloge of classic Nintendo games (quality emulation of course, not that piss that peecee gamers are used to).
AND you get to help support the only gaming company left that cares about us, the players...

>having a pc
>not exclusively phone posting and getting mad about games you don't play

Not sure if this is the answer but Nintendo has a thing for artificial scarcity

They're also just retarded in general outside of making games + new play gimmicks

Because why put Pokemon Platinum on the switch when you can just sell a shitty remake instead?

and 20 year old games
and 15
and 10
and 5
and play pc games
Pretty good for 400 bones, chief.

they think it devalues their current offerings. and it does, since their games are mostly the same shit. why buy a new pokemon or a new mario if you can emulate 20 of them for free. for the hardcore gamer (who owns a nintendo system), it might seem different enough, but for the casual audience, it's not. and most people who buy nintendo's systems are casuals to begin with, who just want to play a zelda/mario/what have you

>AND you get to help support the only gaming company left that cares about us, the players
nintendo owns steam?

>try to play a gamecube game on my steam deck
>graphical issues and audio stutters constantly
man i wish emulation just worked out of the box

Like what? Eternal Darkness is perfect 60 for me.

DELETE THIS THREAD OR I WILL TELL NINTENDO!
@Nintendo @FBI ARE YOU SEEING THIS?

Whoa shit, finally a device that can run dragon quest monsters!
I never got to play dragonquest monsters since no device could handle it yet!

Are you Amanda Hugankys? I have someone on the phone here asking for you.

Stay mad, incel! I bought two two copies just to piss you off!

you get to play games with normies (big plus)

Because they want Nintendo fans to feel like old games are a scarce and valuable resource so they'll be dumb enough to pay $50/year to emulate N64 games.

Sadly it works.

Man, I wish we could have Pokemon.

i tried star fox assault and performance seems fine but sometimes hiccups during cutscenes. some UI stuff like text also looked really weird, which honestly isn't that bad but audio stutters fairly frequently which sucks hard. also since the game was originally 4:3 objects like buildings despawn on the sides of the screen.
