poorly thought out and poorly implemented. Their ears are stiff and they can't even wear most headgear even after being promised they would almost three years ago. Adding races this late into the game's lifespan feels more like a retcon than world building it feels jarring to suddenly see them crop up in environments like Cid's Ironworks and we're just supposed to believe they've been here the entire time.
Instead of developing these new races viera and hrothgar they should have just enhanced options for the currently existing races instead because we can only choose from four face templates which is far too little for an mmo.
