I work at a trad bakery and all we make is loafs with sourdough that are hard as shit and with really strong flavour.
You kinda get tired of it and want some plain white tin bread. It's actually made with butter and milk so it's soft as fuck and with a very soft taste, perfect for toasting sandwiches
