One of the things I love about yugioh is that there's so many weird and useless cards out there that for the most part are all legal and you can combine them in so many ways. There's hundreds of ways these cards can interact with each other and lead to dumb bullshit like this, even if it's not optimal compared to the hundred or so cards in the current meta game. It's like the Marvel vs Capcom 2 of card games.

That was one very one sided duel. At least it lead to pic related: Aleister into Ash into Crossout into Maxx "C" into Called into Belle. That was fun.

I think I have figured out the objective measure for a dishonest card. If a singular card can activate an effect, you try to counter it and that card ITSELF can counter that counter it's dishonest. Or if that card just says lol to your counter traps and spells.
Examples of dishonest cards:
Baron De Fleur
Ultimateness

Don't print cards like these konami. If you gotta have obnoxious effects like this do it like Doom King: once per chain.

Is Master Duel still a Swordsoul/DPE fuckfest?

they should make a deck that fights itself on YOUR field
not like kaijus when they overide your opponent but like an archetype that hates itself and can battle itself and to get revenge they come back from the graveyard or summon their kids or someshit

I know, but I was hoping it'd at least calm down a little and I could see something that's not those decks more than once every 4 duels. Guess I'm still waiting it out then.

Please don't give ideas to konami on what to add on the adventurer story.
We just got isekai'd into the game, I don't want to kill myself in the game only to special summon my son and daughter on the field to fight.

I'm at platinum II and I'm terrified of hitting platinum I. I can only imagine the level of toxicity climbing that bottleneck to diamond V. I miss the old days of Platinum I players playing fun decks because they had nothing to lose and thus were a free win.
