I sometimes use her just for the cardlock. It's a neat gimmick. Do any other characters have something like it?

Just one. Bunny King has a card reshuffle which, after the rank up quest, can withhold one Servant's cards from the hand. However, her kit is way too at odds with itself so she's not really a great unit if you're trying to use her for support.

The are other Servants with unusual mechanics but only Summer B.B. and Bunny King mess with card draw mechanics.

Strange. I kind of expected there to be more RNG manipulation besides those two. I think BB has the more useful version, though.

There's not many other ways you can mess with card RNG and it's not something you want to spread around too much.

Maybe make certain kinds of cards more likely to show up? Not sure how complicated that would be to program.
On a side note, would you say that BB is a bit like AM in a way? I'm not the most versed in Fate lore.
