The only hard thing to dodge is the rapid attack she does when she jumps in the air. You can easily dodge it with bloodhound step if you can't figure out how to do it normally.

What about the butterfly angels she shoots that all have different delays or the rot divebomb that can catch you in a bad position. If you make a mistake those are oneshots. I had less trouble with the dance than those

That's just a matter of not backing yourself into a corner/wall, but I suppose I can see someone getting caught by it. That's not an attack that would wall someone for that long though, since it's situational.
I'm not gonna pretend I didn't struggle against her too or that you didn't beat her cause you used Bleed/Frostbite, I'm just astounded by the hours. After like an hour of throwing myself against her I would have either rethought my approach or came back tomorrow, 30 attempts against a boss is a massive number from my perspective.

Considering how she heals, I'm pretty sure you're intended to use bleed and frost at least for this boss, much like how you're expected to use lightning in the twin-prince fight DS3. Without some cookie-cutter build, you're hitting her for 200-400 light attacks which is about the same amount she heals for per hit. I doubt it's intended to autistically learn every single attack, because one fuck up and you might as well restart the fight.
