The game is just very janky. This is further exasperated by the memory leak and the difficulty spike. It's just something you have to learn to live with - and it's worth it, because the setting is fantastic and at some point you learn to enjoy the jank (like in E.Y.E)

Memory leaks out the ass past day 40, spaghetti code overwriting shit, enemies spawning but not doing anything, and loads more jank.

If you're into the story you're gonna enjoy it a lot, the combat is really nice as well despite being a "card game", plus the soundtrack.

I personally like it more than LC, in terms of gameplay and stability it's a 100% upgrade.
But it's not a management game unlike the first one which kinda alienated quite a few players of LC and at the same time it being a direct sequel makes having the context of LC to make certain moments way more impact somewhat of a requirement if you really to get the best experience
